Title: SOMETHING IS WRONG ON USER REGISTRATION FORM USING BACK OFFICE MANAGER

i have noticed that when you use back office manager to force some fields on registration form, the phone and mobile is a bit confusing.

[1] Mobile Phone field becomes inactive and even if you put the number in the field area it does not show or reflect on the user profile page. I think
this is fine and does work without back office plugin.

[2] Phone field which is the backoffice manager plugin hook becomes mobile phone inside user profile page.

I have ended up deleting the mobile phone field since it does nothing and left phone but changed the text to Mobile Phone since this field is
required and does show on user profile.

Does this make any sense or there is something i am missing?

Plugin only shows fields from user profile on registration page, does not use any iwn or extra.
