Option: Category for Latest listings

i have an Adult Section on my site, so i want to have all listings in Latest listing in home page except this categories for adults... With your current code i cant do this, so it's good idea instead a drop down menu, have a check box menu (Only for main categories) to choose from what categories i want the ad's be listed in  Latest listing... In this moment and with Zara theme i only can choose all categories or 1 at a time....

I don't know if a make me understand
