Notice does not means error, the last one with utils usually means you have whitespace after php tags. Replace theme files with original to make sure theme does not cause trouble.

You have changed something with URLs and htaccess.

This link does not work:
http://classibook.com/index.php?page=search

This does work:
http://classibook.com/index.php?page=searcher

That is not expected behaviour.

That is not correct, you have modified core parameters for URLs.
Do fresh installation on separate place and try it there.
