Urgent!!! Listing Data Recovery!!!

all listing including region while i was editing from location setting is totally deleted by mistake. Now how can i get back previous listing data.

Your hosting provider may keep database backups (mine has 30 days backup).
Check it.

If you removed data, there is no other way.
