I have recently changed my email address on my profile in Osclasspoint dashboard, and on that occasion, the history of purchasing disappeared.
Given that the previous mail address with which I was logged in was deleted forever, I changed it so I could use it for future purchases on Osclasspoint product.
I sent a message support and they came across a lot of irresponsibility and unprofessionalism.
Gentlemen from Osclasspoint support claim that the purchase history as well as the future update of the products I purchased can only access via an old email address that I recently changed because the mail service provider wiped out.
Ok.
I said : Is this means that I can not access the products I have purchased "
Thay say : " Yes , there is only one condition to get access to mb-themes.com- using old email"
So, I asked: Do you think it's okay, and should I now to re-purchase twice the
theme + plugins so I can access them for update etc ?
They say: "Yes, you can do that or use email of purchase on mb-themes.com"
I first thought to be a joke with me !
It's totally insane, Nowhere on the user account or the osclasspoint site did not warning that the change of mail means the loss of purchased goods!
It's obvious that thay have a failure in the system. I've changed personal information to thousands of sites and never the data has been deleted.
Now,
I have paid the products properly and without any prior warning or notice I can not access my products because a Osclasspoint site was misconfigured !?
Never mind, when I asked them if they could do something about it, at no point did they offer to solve the problem.
Sincerely, I did not expect this unpleasant experience though I bought most of the products here.
I have not seen such unprofessionals anywhere, first they charge for the product and then do not care about customer support.
I am writing this for the case that someone from the community would not be ashamed as I am.
