Title: WhatsApp Contact Option

Hey guys I have a question

Now we can contact the people using the WhatsApp api,

My question is:

1. How can I tell the script just to show a <button> or <a> when the item has a phone number and also (in my case) hide the <button> or <a> when the number starts with 2, I need this 2 conditions on item.php using PHP but I can figure out, im trying to use the "show email" code but is not working
