Sync problem

There is the following problem: When I delete or block a user through the site administration, this action is not synchronized with the other sites. While when I log in to the user's account and delete their account, the synchronization occurs normally.

Ok so activate block/unblock not syncing.

Hi, plugin was updated:
Blocking or deleting a user in oc-admin now updates that account on your other sites.
Deleting an account from the user dashboard still syncs the same way.
Incoming deletes from another site are no longer sent back as a second delete.
Compatible with PHP 8.5.
