Categories assigment on which the banner needs be displayed doesn't work.

I have 20 main categories with many subcategories (about 700 in total).
When I click 'sellect all' to assign all categories to the banner and then 'Update' button, the page is reloaded and the plugins page is shown (/oc-admin/index.php?page=plugins)

When I come back to the banner edit page, only a part (not all) categories are ticked.
If I tick another categories and click Update, again main page for plugins is loaded.
Those newly selected categories are NOT attached to banner (no ticks).

Please reply.
I need to have the banners attached to ALL categories and it doesn't work.
It is impossible to get it working. Most of categories have the tick mark disappear after SAVING the settings.

You probably reach length of category field in osclass functionality or max_input_vars is not high enough. Osclass has recommendation to have no more than 500 categories
