ERROR - Please enter a value with a valid extension.

Please enter a value with a valid extension. - error has been detected, seems it is only in chrome for some reason

any idea ?
how to remove this error ?

see print screen from demo site , have tried to upload image.jpg file

try to upload jpg file via chrome

the file is uploading,but with this error
No problem on bender and veronika.
