Ultimate Attributes PRO Plugin sub-categories issue

I am currently experiencing some confusion regarding the organization of my sub-categories properties. I have numerous sub-categories and am unable to find a way to create properties without having to create a new type for each one (some sub-categories will have different properties).

It mentions that the Plugin can also easily handle attributes such as dating, Pets, Antiques, Products, or jobs.
I have 42 sub-categories under the Jobs category (how do I add properties for each one without creating a type?)

If those 42 categories are distinct - like completely different that for each category you want own set of attributes, this plugin might not be optimal and alternatives where you assign attributes directly into categories might work better.
