You can prove it easily.
1) Go to file:  oc-content/plugins/backoffice_manager/republish.php
2) Replace content of this file with:
<?php echo 'Hello world'; ?>
This is most simple PHP code that cannot throw any error.

3) Open this file in your browser:
http://anunturigratuitee.eu/oc-content/plugins/backoffice_manager/republish.php

If you got same page as before, it is hosting issue. If you see text 'Hello world', everything is ok, replace content of file back and republish will work.
Note that fact you are redirected to homepage is masking there has been error 404 or error 500 on background.
