You need to contact your hosting provider why you cannot access that file. You may have problem with htaccess file or there is block from your provider.

Note that following URL:

Must show very same as URL on demo:

It has nothing to do with osclass. You cannot access file on your own server. Your hosting provider should solve this (of course if you do not use something like hostinger that tells everything is ok even server is down.)

I had a publishing ads plugin, and it fuction well. Indeed it is manual
Perhaps because of this plugin installed to past problems?
