Close dropdown after click

Currently the dropdown is not closing after you click and select a location or category (you have to click anywhere outside in order for it to close) its +1 click for no reason and makes a bad user experience. How can i make it close after user selects location or category?

Also: there is a bug when you click pages in footer and scroll down to footer links again all page links are the same as the current you browse :

That is osclass 3.9 bug, anyway we've fixed it from theme side, you can update.
