How to add recently viewed ads and search alert

Hello, how do I add recently viewed ads so that users can see the adds they have viewed recently? Also, how can I activate search alert, so that users will be alerted if an item they search previously is now available.

Click on "subscribe to this search" link.
I do not know recently viewed ads plugin.
