I have checked it. i have not setup any ban list at all in my settings

Based on icon in that message, and as I do not recognize it at all, it comes from some of your plugins (some spam, or so..)

You were right. Its one of the plugins. I deactivated everything and i didnt see the error again. Thanks

I have found the culprit plugin after i deactivated all plugins and installed them one after the other and keep refreshing my browser. Geoplugin plugin was the causes of all the error. I have deactivated it. Thank you
