Right, Osclass does not guarantee anything, but you should give that, right? and if you have a problem with Osclass and you have withdrawn from your market, out of respect for customers who have bought your products from Osclass market and your market, you should be able to do an update not to buy the same product second time.

Osclass market used our comissions for refunds they would recieve on ending support as product were withdrawn. Only 2 people used this option and it's closed.
