Show dealer page in new tab

Can the merchant's page appear in a new independent tab and if so, how can this be done?

You mean browser tab?

I want to do the following: The dealer page should not have all the details of the main website at the top and bottom. See image 1 and 2.
Also, when you click on an ad, it should not go back to the main website, but show the ad with all the information, images and features inside the dealer page.
This will make it look like the page is their own website.

See an example of displaying ads on a dealer page. ( https://kapountalis.car.gr/classifieds?lang=en ) The ads come from two sites and appear on the dealer page. So the dealer page looks like it is another site.

For point 1, you can achieve a lot with just css.
Point 2 is not supported by plugin.
