category not showing after being created

Hi,

i just renamed my delta theme folder n cpanel, all went okay, but one thing. categories. when adding a new categories in oc-admin , nothing come out. the button to add new categories exist, but when clicked to add a category, nothing happen.

whats the possible way to solve this

i didnt update some path and occurence that needed when renaming delta theme. i redo all steps and able to make it with all thing goes smothly till now.
