How do I change the text on the homepage?

I'm trying to change the text in the attachments.

Same as for all other strings.
- Download PO file (https://delta.mb-themes.com/oc-content/themes/delta/languages/en_US/theme.po)
- Open in poedit (free program)
- Update to whatever you want/need
- Upload back to your server theme.po & theme.mo into folder oc-content/themes/delta/languages/en_US/
