Description functions

Hi,

Would it be possible to add these small but useful security/usability features to the Delta theme?

• Automatically normalize all links by converting them to HTTPS protocol (fix http → https, add https:// where missing, etc.) 
• Automatically add rel="nofollow noopener" to every external link (i.e. links not pointing to the current domain) in: 
  - Item description field (rendered via item.php) 
  - User profile description / bio field

This would help improve security and SEO a bit.

Thanks for feedback, there could be minor plugin for such sanitization on item/user data.
