my osclass website show index.php in its url

Hello mb theme developer, my osclass website has index.php in all of the url of every pages. How to make it looks normal like this for example :
yourdomain.com/home/categories/ userprofile name?. before purchase this theme (delta theme) i saw the demo doesnt show index.php at all at any of item or pages url. How to get rid of this index.php. I wish i can put all the url in a normal way as what the delta theme demo

Enable friendly urls (settings > permalinks).
Theme does not change osclass urls

Theme does not change osclass urls

Friendly url only to shorthen the url length. It doesnt fix the index.php 😭. All my page url still having index.php in it.  I wnt my user, visitors know what catagories / pages they are in instead of reading and looking browser telling index.php there. Please help. Do i need to do something in h.access file?

First, noone read url except crawlers.
Nice url is nice only for these, human does not care.
Index.php is removed by friendly urls.
