Hi, wanted to ask if you can provide a code/update to create a categories menu in the top of the page(eventually drop-down with childs) cause once you start to navigate away from home page there is nothing left but to click on the logo to come back to home then start again.

That does not sounds to be usual feature.
We do not have such code, but looping list of default categories could work.
white (osc_has_categories) { ... osc_category_url() ,... osc_category_name(), .. }

you have to put it under
<header>

I want to show blog on top menu. but after pasting code ( <a class="blog" href="https://www.ownpetz.com/blog/">Blog</a> ) in header file. Blog button showing below (please see screenshot to understand the problem) .. I remove contact us for now..but i also want to show contact us on top.. its showing only 5 button on top.. please tell me how to solve the issue.

You can try to change i.e.
header .right, max-width 60% to 70%, then also decrease header .left from max-width 40% to 30%

or reduce padding by setting
body header .right a {padding-left:12px;}
