Enable/disable buttons are in user menu, when device use dark mode. Otherwise hidden.

How to show Dark Mode enable disable button on desktop or mobile when default light mode on...?

I want to show always this button on bottom side.

Agreed! That's the standard and preferred way of doing it.. Auto based on system preferences or none.
