We tried uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling it but nothing. We created three categories and from a certain point onwards the dropdowns don't open. This is the chrome error

This usually means that footer hook is missing in theme footer.php or there was PHP error before reaching footer and bottom of page is cut.

I tried to do as you said but it doesn't work. It publishes and opens a maximum of 9 out of 14 FAQs. The other faq doesn't go down the tense.
