Admin Find and Sort possibilities

In the admin all tables should have:
- Table sort on each column
- Filter on all fields, also within strings.
    Now Find only works when searching on the exact first characters. It would be great if it could search within the string and also on other fields of the same table.
    When an admin wants to add new users it's very hard to find if a user is already in the db.

Search results often rely on search engine selected and database index.
I do not find hard to search user by email to see if is in DB or not.
Sort would be nice and new sorts may be addd in future.

I'm talking about the back-end/admin tables/lists:

- When searching f.e. for a user only users starting with the search string are found and not when the search string is contained in a field.
   F.e. see screenshot: The user 'Bella Donna' can't be found when searching for 'Donna'.

- I also meant sorting of these backend/admin tables/lists.

Enable database debug log, at bottom of page review queries, run them on database and analyze why.
