Instant Messenger plugin improve

Hi, the Instant Messenger plugin should improve the check mark feature, as it says, for example, "user1 has read this message," but if I'm user1, the message also appears. It should only appear to the recipient. Another thing is that for the sender, the check mark should appear in blue when the recipient reads the message, to be more intuitive.

I would also suggest a redesign of Instant messaging plugin to make it more mobile friendly and look more like this for example. I started something but got stuck because I am not that experienced.
