I have Gamma Os Theme
No photo button on ad listing page.
When I go to admin page and edit listings I can add photos there.

In that case you have javascript errors there.
Check your browser console and fix them.

What do you mean "javascript errors". I just purchased this theme and installed as an option to the other theme I all ready had. Shouldn't it just work.

If you install theme on clean osclass installation, it will surely work properly.
If you start adding plugins, do modifications, add some adsense, banners, minification, external optimization services, cdn etc, you will probably not check if it is OK or not and will not check console if site is healthy, but later on you will identify some functions does not work.
Now it's time to press F12, go to console tab and ensure there is nothing (clean, white).
If it is clean, create support ticket.
If it is not clean, fix the problems you have there and repeat procedure.
