In the settings of the items is a function of adding Custom Text
I suggest that Custom Text in items (META TITLE,DESCRIPTION) you can choose to certain categories

For example:
Category apartments for Sale write Custom Text for Items= to buy ......
Category rent apartment rent write Custom Text for items= rent a flat,rent ...... ("buy" not suitable)

Category job writing write Custom Text for Items= to find,summary, etc

There is no need for this, you can define all of those in Category Meta settings.
Write directly to meta title and meta description...

In plugin, you can define Category Meta Title and Category Meta Description by your needs.
Then on search page you can set order and add items you want to see.

This is setting for listings section, I do not believe custom category, city or region meta tags would be beneficial for SEO in any way.
