i dont know if you would be interested in an idea i have but i will share it with you anyway. you probably have heard about something like it from your time coding for Osclass.

i have searched the osclass forum and cant find anyone asking for the same thing.


The plugin i'm think of is an optional payment option for users/seller. if say a seller has an item he/she is willing to ship/delivery and having no means of doing a cash exchange. they may do it through paypal. what im thinking, would it be feasible for the osclass site to be the middle man but also not hold any payment credentials on site (if paypal were used all credentials would be secured by them). So say the item has an offer input box. the seller gets the offer . he/she then chooses to except or deny. if excepted the seller would send paypal invoice with shipping cost all added , along with an excepted offer notice all sent to buyers email or/and if your Chat messenger was active on site an instant message could also be sent .

i know the users would have to be registered , i cant see it working without the user registration, although i suppose the seller would get all the relevant shipping details from the paypal account used.  maybe registration isn't a big deal.


i don't know if you would be interested in making such a plugin but i know i would be interested in buying such a thing. i dont think if could afford a developer on my own to make this and i know my coding course hasn't taught me enough to take on such a job on my own lol

Sorry, I missed that. Thanks for your idea, but I do not think we will do it ever.
Main problem is that owner of web would handle payments, no matter how you try to explain it.
More, we are not interested too much in payments plugin, especially in classic ones...
