First of all, I apologize for my English 🙂. Let me introduce myself: my name is Martin, and I am a regional manager for a non-profit organization in Canada, in the province of Quebec.
The primary goal of our organization is to promote, through education and support, anyone interested in becoming or already being a radio amateur by offering free tools and a UHF and HF radiocommunication network.
Recently, our members asked if it would be possible to have a classified ads section exclusively dedicated to the sale and exchange of amateur radio equipment on our website sidusmonteregie
We installed OsClass Ver. 8.3.1, and the installation process went very well. However, I am contacting you because we are experiencing an issue where it is impossible to upload photos on the platform. Whether it is for categories, user avatars, or the main logo, the upload process keeps loading continuously without any result or error message.
What we have checked so far: our server supports the recommended file size and image dimensions suggested by OsClass. We even reduced the allowed file size and dimensions directly within OsClass settings. We also have two other PHP/SQL modules running with databases and image uploads, and we have no issues with them. The only difference compared to the other two modules is that we did not have to manually configure folder or file permissions, as the OsClass installation seemed to handle everything automatically.
