Some users continuesly sending messages to all user.
How to stop this type of spams

It's issue if user has registered, in that was best what you can do is ban user/email/ip.

Can we make limit to every user so he will send max 10 message to sellers. If he will send message to more then 10 then a error shown on that page "you have exceeded max number of messages today"
