unblock user

hello,
is there anyway to unblock user by user id or by email not by data-id
and want to hide user email when mouse over block link and flash message also.

Right now there is no change planned on this feature.
Block is based on email if I remember correctly.

Block is based on email, as unregistered users does not have their IDs.
Please update to v2.2.2, user email is there masked and more "protected", but still readable partially.
