When listings added by users are in the administrator review stage, the following happens:
administrators can write a “comment” using the “reject” button.
In my opinion, in addition to this structure, it would be much better to have a system where site administrators can manually add a few rejection reasons.
Several predefined reasons for rejection will be added to the rejection reasons field.
For example:
Your listing does not meet the criteria.
Your listing does not include an image.
The admin will be able to define such reasons themselves.
Later on, if an admin wants to reject a listing, they can select one of the predefined rejection reasons or, if they prefer, add a manual note just as in the current system.
I think this is particularly important for sites with a very high volume of listings.
