Item validation plugin approval error

Hi,

Thanks for the latest update - v1.6, the new features are great!

One small problem - If I check the listings that I want to bulk enable or remove, when I click the Remove Selected or Approve Selected button it doesn't process the approvals or removals. If I click on the approval button / link next to the listing it processes the approval correctly.

I have disabled and re-enabled the plugin but this hasn't solved the problem.
