Simple question before nuy this plugin

This plugin have the function  to allow the placement of a small box for the visitors can introduce their own email in order to subscribe the newsletter if they want????

In my opinion this is very use full this to have...

No, such feature might be interesting in 2000, nowadays noone would subscribe for newsletter on classifieds.
