Hi Support,

I've just purchased the online chat plugin a few days ago and installed to my website and it is working as it should.

However, the chat box keep open or minimize in the bottom of the screen which becomes annoying for users.

I would like to have an option to exit/close the screen option (as screen attached) to exit completely when the user wants to, and the screen will only open again when user click on a chat button in an AD.

Please advise where I can build this.

The problem is that I don't have an option to close the box. I only have the option to minimize or maximize only.

Box is when it is expanded. If you remove bar, user would not be able to get back to chat

I need to be able to remove the bar or completely minimized to the bottom. The current showing bar keep distracting people. As you can see in the pictures attached, it does not allow people seeing the links in the footer and other information when they scroll up or down.

Can you advise how to fully minimized the bar to the bottom or fully exit the bar please?

Can you please be more serious on helping? I am sure you know what I mean.

Please look at the picture closely and you will see that many links in the footer are behind the bar and users cannot click on them.

So please advise how to fully collapse and minimize the bar to them bottom or an option to exit it completely!!!!

Well, that's just increase the padding in my website so that the footer can go higher... that does not answer my question at all.

What I requested was on how to exit this chat bar completely or minimize it completely... showing in there all the time is just distracting/annoying. The chat bar should only appear when people want to chat.

Any solution for this please?

This is really funny....

Why you build and sell something strange like this??? How come an application once installed cannot exit or close, the only option available is to uninstall the plugin....

Why don't you look at other chat tools in other eCommerce sites before selling it? Is there any online chat that  not allow to exit like this? There is always an exit button on top right of the chat screen.

I am not happy with this plugin and will not use it if this option is not available. Is there a way I can claim my money back and give back your plugin?

Does it differ from what you could test on demo site?
