Online Chat Plugin - Exit/Close option | Page 2

Hi Support, I've just purchased the online chat plugin a few days ago and installed to my website and it is working as it should. However, the chat box keep open or minimize in the bottom of the screen which becomes annoying for users. I would like to have an option to exit/close the screen option (as screen attached) to exit completely when the user wants to, and the screen will only open again when user click on a chat button in an AD. Please advise where I can build this. Regards, Sonlay
