I downloaded from my account and I installed from my admin panel, but it did not update. Should I uninstall the old one first? I have tried it many times and it does not update in any way.

Just file replace is required.

Version 1.3.2.
Once files are replaced, it's not possible it is not updated.

If yes, it's problem with your FTP and file permissions or it's osclass bug that notify you regarding updates.
