If i highlight an ad the colour is good on search page and homepage.

But if i Show Premiums Block on Home in Veronika, then the highligt dissapears and is white again.

I made the <?php osc_run_hook("highlight_class"); ?>  changes in loop-single and loop-single-premium.php

There is small bug not considering change in premium loop (id is not get using osc_item_id, but using osc_premium_id).
Will be fixed in next version.
