PayPal Configuration

Hello
PayPal gateway isn't working. many users are unable to pay via PayPal. the error shows https://prnt.sc/lgws6u
I have been trying to configure Paypal gateway but I haven't yet found a way to do it. can anyone help me how to set it up?
