Hello,

I've started tinkering with this plugin and I have noticed some missing features:

• 1. User doesn't get any notifications after the ad has been submitted that he or she has to check the email, or go to Promotions tab in their profile to finish paying for the set promotion. It would be nice to have a pop-up at least.
• 2. Also I can log out and still be able to initiate a promotion in someone else's ad. I don't think that this should be allowed. Or I am blind and I don't see how I can change that?
