Settings not saved in database
« on: September 20, 2017, 03:14:31 PM »
It looks like the settings for the payment methods are not saved in the database.

Every few hours the settings are gone. Also in database.
This is normal or the settings are saved somewhere else? Because the redirect is right, but does not look right to me.

I have settings for Paypal, 2checkout, Payza, BankTransfer and Skrill.
Only the emails are saved, the rest of the settings are not saved.

Do you have latest version? There was problem in first versions with initial crypt.
If you save parameters and in top navigation click on gateways, are information saved?
  To get fast support, we need following details: Detail description, URL to reproduce problem, Screenshots

I use 1.2.0

If i save it is saved. Maybe for a few hours

But if i look again like next day, the secret word by Skrill, the Password by Paypal and the secret key by 2CO are gone. Also in the database

@ferry
If you save parameters and these are correctly saved (simply you open gateway configuration again, or logout / login to oc-admin and check them), then problem is with your database or hosting provider.

I think the settings are gone after update.

After the update the settings dissappear. If i just logout or whatever the settings are still there.
If it is a problem of hosting, or database, no problem.

I will check the settings and see what happens.
