Spanning active or inactive

Hello good Morning !
I will pass some information to get help about antspam osclass
the first time i installed the antispam shield it was red and spam was not registered in the user table.
Now the shield is BLUE and spam continues to register
help me, please...

That should be premium plugin no?, you should contact author... I never used this one.
