Hello. Where exactly should I be registered? Yandex Money?

https://yoomoney.ru/ - This is yandex money

So where exactly should I be registered?

To connect a Yandex payment gateway money in osclass_pay?  :)

Not sure, I am not following rebranding of gateways and does not have even options for that, as I am not based in Russia.
