302 Errors from SERP

Hello guys im did activate to use multi languages and activated and mi link structure is domain com/en/ domain.com/es/ and so on but from SERP wen i click first time a link it gives me a 302 redirect back to google.com bing etc depends of the search engine.
Wen i click it a second time it gives me the requested page.

Any idea how to get it fix ? Because from a SEO point of view this is a disaster and pointless.

from the SERP if you search site:escortsxxx.it/en/ and other languages that i have you can see the redirect in Google Chrome-Inspect-Network first line
I did change it to language based subdomains and here there are some errors too even if i have permalinks activated wen you go to the subdomains like en.escortsxxx.it and use the search for Example search for Milano you will see it not takes you to https://domain.it/bakeca/milano-r6183618 how it should but to https://en.domain.it/cerca/sLanguage,en_US/regione,6183618 and the permalinks they work but just for the main domain for the language based subdomains they don't.

Well first you need to decide what you want to do, if you use language based urls and then switch back, there will be redirects correcting urls. You also have language based subdomains that will bring even more mess (and should not be supported - makes no sense).

I did swap to language base Subdomains wen i did find that error because i was losing rankings and i could not figure why and i found the error in the SERP

The translations i use them for SEO to rank for different keywords in the same country but for different languages if u did see mi Subdomains lang=  is lang=en-IT lang=pt-IT and so on
