Hi I bought attribute plugin and I want to create vehicle categories,  Should I use attribute plugin to create vehicle categories and sub-categories OR use website default categories to create categories and sub-categories.

If does not make any difference the search speed/result then I have both choices?

Osclass supports up to 600 categories (+-), if you add more, you may start having performance issues.
