How to delete Blog article in Bulk?

I want to delete some old articles from my website. I’m using Blog and News plugins. When I try to delete a blog category, the articles inside it automatically move to new category instead of getting deleted.

I have more than 5,000 articles, so deleting them one by one is not possible. Could you please suggest how I can delete articles in bulk?

Easiest would be to remove on database, but its not going to remove image assets

Ok I will try to remove from database..

But best option is "when we delete blog category articles in that category should delete." And there should be checkbox option for selecting article to delete.

Because when we delete any article page refresh again and it's taking time to load page because I have more than 5000 articles.
