How to disable option Subscribe to Alerts

Hello,

I have a few issues with the Subcribe to alerts option.
I can't find a solution that's why i want to disable that function.

Can someone tell me how to disable that option?

Isn't it possible to disable the complete Alerts system?

I also want to disable the Alerts system but only removing it form search-sidebar.php still leaves it in the user's dashboard.
