Create new static page and define all the links there.
It is not going to be too many of them because:
- categories are variable and can be thousands of them
- listings are variable and can be milions of them

But now it's time to think about your request.
Why?

- robots should have own sitemap.xml (those they may or may not use)
- real human will never click on sitemap. Only fool would think someone will go there and use it as "web map"
- no effect on search engines, as they relates on sitemap.xml
