I recently saw an increase in user registration since I get user registration notifications. I believe lot of this users are spam. How can I stop spam users who don't do anything on the website. I have enabled the option of users need to validate their account but still I get lot of user registrations per day.

Depends on what kind of spam it is. If it is made by real people, it's not going to help

I tried Google Recaptcha with high security options but I still get spam users registration daily.

Sorry to tell you but google recaptcha just reduces with may be 20-30 precent. But the spammy bots AI just upgrade to higer level each day.... And google is becomming ineffective... The only way to stop this is using the phone verification plugin, but this requres not only the payd plugin, but also to pay for bulk sms package which is good if your website is winning money.

Not looking for phone verification now. I am getting lot of user registration message daily and think most of it is spam but how they are beating the google recaptcha hard level I wonder.
